Great pics! You've got the right lunch plan . . . ice cream. Be sure to have some fresh pineapple and mango in remembrance of me!!

I am so jealous of you two! Have a great time and enjoy yourselves. I'm sorry to hear about your friend with dengey (sp?). I had that in the Philippines and it may have been the worst experience in my life! Tell Clare that I said hi. Please ride an elephant for me -- name it Jason if you do!

Hello there, Emily! What an adventure you're having. Do you think your pre-adventure in the Philadelphia Urban Seminar helped prepare you for the unexpected?

Not sure why, but your comment re: ice cream for lunch was especially poignant! The Rivera's have been known to participate that tradition on more than one occasion.

Great pictures and commentary...almost like being there (but not quite...).

Did not know about the yellow shirt tradition...

Take very good care of yourself. Keep on truckin'....

:) hello friend. i love looking in on your adventures; thanks for keeping the blog updated. ...my only adventures of late have been car trouble... but i learned a thing or two in the process... never, ever, ever, touch the radiator cap when the engine's hot... yes, i know that there's a big red warning label but i didn't read it... okay, so i've proved myself the mother of fools, but the car was out of antifreeze so the spray was just water and i still have eyeballs. ;) God is very good to me. glad to hear of how He's keeping you.
love,
~laura
